George McElwee

George Johnston McElwee (21 May 1879 – ?) was an Australian politician. He was born in Launceston, Tasmania. In 1940 he was elected to the Tasmanian Legislative Councilas the Labor member for Launceston, holding the seat until his defeat in 1946.^[1]
